BUYER BEWARE!!
I placed an order for posters on 8/26/2010. I then received an email on 8/30 stating that my order was shipped. After 15 BUSINESS days without receiving my order I called several times and no one answered the phone. So I emailed the company to ask for tracking information. After 2 days received an email stating that orders take 5-9 business days to ship in the U.S and 10-15 business days for international orders. Mind you the email never provided me with my tracking number. I then replied stating that I was in the U.S. and although it was the 15th business day (estimated for international shipping) I still have NOT received my order and reiterated my request for a tracking number.
After emailing them yet a third time for the tracking number - I was given a tracking number to my previous order which I had received on 8/02 (remember I placed this order on 8/26 so how did my order arrive on 8/02).
I emailed the company yet a fourth time to let them know that they forwarded me the incorrect tracking number. When they did not respond I emailed them yet a fifth time to state that if I did not receive the tracking number I was requesting I was going to dispute the charges.
That is when I received an email stating exactly this and no more " That's fine. We will be sure to respond to any disputes you make."
I sent them an email for a sixth time letting them know that I was going to report them to BBB - I received an email stating this and no more " No threats here. We will be sure to follow up and negate your comments."
I then sent a dispute to Paypal, to which the Seller responded you will not be receiving a refund until you return the merchandise.
So how can I return merchandise I never received???
I have escalated this with Paypal and they are now doing an investigation . This company has now given paypal the same INCORRECT tracking number they gave me that shows a delivery made on 8/02.
Although I am sure I will find resolve from Paypal. . . I strongly URGE any buyer to not patronize such a unprofessional and shady business.
This is the most horrible company to work with . . . I have never regretted patronizing any business more.
