My account was overdrawn by a measly $17.00 they felt it was needed to close my account for some reason.. I have had this account since I was 10 years old. About 2 years ago I started to notice that fee's were being charged when they were never charged before, and people on the phone lost that nice spirit and became somewhat mean.. When I called and spoke with people on the phone I was told the same answer "the security experts said your account needed to closed" I mean common.. $17.00.. really.. Does that make any sense..
Very disgruntled..
