Horribly dishonest company.

I ordered a few items for Christmas gifts on December 12th which included a personalized humidor. As it got closer to Christmas time we started calling and was told our order would ship soon. We call back on 12/23 and they had not started engraving the
humidor. They promised it would be sent over night and we would have everything by 12/24. We have called back multiple times since and once the computer system was down and now they have stopped answering the phone. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
