Check other sites as the reviews here are very different from reviews elsewhere, including here: I placed an order for patio furniture last June 19,2020 and the company immediately ran my card for $1,795. Nearly 3 months later, September 2nd, I still did not receive the furniture. After weeks trying to reach someone in customer service, I finally took the advice of the reviewers at, I filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office. Within hours after filing the complaint and forwarding it to Poly Patios emails ( and, I received a full refund. After months, they finally did email me with their excuse for the delay (not that it matters at this point): "We have been in business for over 18 years and due to the demand for the furniture and the requests per day we are getting, even after hiring more staff, we still cannot keep up... The reason you were charged at the time of purchase is we received a call from our merchant stating they were removing our ability to authorize and capture at a later date. They were blaming fraud all across the internet as their reason for the removal." If they cannot keep up with orders and know this, they should not take additional orders and people's money. Look at the reviews on the other site. Similar complaints to mine go back to 2014. Poly Patios will take your money immediately, not respond to you (customer service phone is disabled), and several other reviewers said they didn't get a refund until complaint was filed with the Attorney General office. Update on 9/3/2020. I received a phone call from Premium Poly Patios for the very first time since I placed the order last June. The call was from the 877.904.1234 Customer Service line. This is the number that the company does not answer, only a recording is provided for those that call. The number is essentially disabled as no person answers it. The call I received was not to apologize for missing the scheduled ship date (the furniture never shipped), or for taking nearly $1,800 out of my account at time of order last June (still not refunded into my account as of today, but should be in a few days according to PayPal), or for the hours I spent trying to contact them (they rarely respond to the provided useless generic email of and you can’t call them at the Customer Service line). Instead the company employee called me to have me remove the Poly Lumber Furniture email (DANIEL@POLY-LUMBER-FURNITURE.COM) from my review here. This email was the only way to communicate with someone at Poly Furniture after months of trying. It is the email that finally responded (but only after the issue was reported to the state Attorney General). Therefore, I am going to leave the Poly Lumber Furniture email here to possibly help others that might also need to communicate with someone at the company. Hopefully, Poly Furniture does not disable the Poly Lumber Furniture email. They certainly seem to not want people to be able to communicate with them to answer questions about customer orders. Reviews from other sites indicate this has been happening for years (I saw some bad reviews with similar issues dating back to 2014, but could be longer if I kept digging).
