well in Oct. 2010 i took my comforter in to have it dry cleaned, the cost $25.00 which is above the avg. cost to dry clean a comforter, but when i picked it up, it was destroyed. it had slice and cut marks. the threading was pulled apart. their reponse was rude and very un compassionate. all they said is let me talk to owner and get it fixed. well 3 weeks later is came back and was stitched like frankenstein. was a horrible cheap job. i refused to take it this way. i was promised by the owner that i would get it back and my FULL refund of $25.00 would be refunded. well another week later i got the comforter back. which at that time looked ok. but no refund was avail. at that time. well got home with it and couple days later it came apart again. i have had to chase my refund down. and today nov. 15. 2010 i called and they said the owner changed his mind and offered only a $10.00 credit or refund. like i would use this cleaners again for credit....NOT!!!. so they lied, and the 2 girls that work there also didnt give a hoot about my problem. HORRIBLE BUSINESS. I WOULDNt recommend this place to anyone. they lie and take ur money. i see why they got a D for a rating. very unprofessional. i hope they lose their license. shouldnt treat ppl like they treated my wife and I. my 70.00 comforter is still in shambles and im out that money and 15.00 credit that was promised to me. DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS!!!!! today nov. 22 2010 just went to get $10.00 refund, but they promised $25.00 and got a ear full of yelling and NO $$$ at all. they said forget it. and sue us if u must. this says it all about this cleaners
