It is all about the people! That's my take. When I hire someone to fix my air conditioning, my plumbing, my truck... whatever it is..., I want quality work. I want respect. And I want a fair price. Too often, that is too much to ask. Most of the time, I find myself just trying not to get cheated. I hate that.
Ever since I found Pride, at least I can relax about my air conditioning. I am confident that those guys are doing a good job, without the run-around. If it isn't broken, they don't fix it. If it is broken, they fix only what the problem is. They seem to care about their work, and that means a lot.
