Last week we closed on re-financing our home. We worked with Jonathan Yuen and he was totally awesome. We had worked with Jonathan previously and were delighted when he called us earlier this summer with the suggestion that we re-look at our mortgage for a better interest rate. Jonathan was very professional, courteous and helpful throughout the process. He got us a much lower interest rate and a much lower mortgage payment. We are so happy. Another company had also approached us during the same time period, but there was no competition, we wanted to work with Jonathan again. We also worked with Chrystal Mayhugh who was the loan processor and was also very helpful and professional......If we are ever looking for a mortgage again we will be looking for J.
