Jonathan and Laura was able to complete refinancing our mortgage within 3 weeks! Jonathan was very detail oriented. Being this is our first time refinancing, he explained the whole process in details down to the dollars and cents of fees, monthly payments, how much we'll save from our current mortgage. He kept us updated of every steps along the way from start to finish. Laura was equally stellar and professional. She was very quick and efficient, always ready to response to any questions we may have, and offer solution to any problem we may encounter such as contacting the IRS to get a faxed transcript of our tax returns.
