I receive about 10 refinance offers a week so I decided to really shop around this time. I talked to a ton of loan officers, in the end Dave Panno was the most on the ball loan officer and he had the best rate. He was able to get both my houses in at great rates with good lender credits which also saved a fair bit of money over other lending institutions. As anyone who has refinanced a house knows getting a rate locked in is only the beginning of the tedious process. I was very lucky to have Beatriz Camponovo help me through the process! They were both very: knowledgeable, professional, helpful and timely throughout the entire process. I would (and have) strongly recommend anyone looking to refinance to make PrimeChoice they're first call because it will likely be the last call they need to make.
