VA Streamline refinance

Prime Choice Funding made this process so much easier than the last time we refinanced! We hadn't planned to do another refinance on our home, but the flyer that we received in the mail listed loan terms that were a significant improvement on our current loan. From the initial contact that I made with Keith McKay, to the final closing, the process was easy (almost too easy to believe). This was truly a streamline process. I felt that all of my questions were answered promptly, and there were less documents needed. We inquired with one other company initially, but Prime Choice Funding beat their terms, and had lower fees. We also worked with Bob Lin towards the end of the refinance process, and he was extremely nice and helpful as well. From start to finish, we closed in a month, even with the holidays! A lawyer came to our house to do the final closing, which was super convenient. Would recommend these guys and this company.
