We'd been shopping rates to refinance our VA mortgage for some time. We thought we'd lost the opportunity when rates jumped just after the election and none of the many lenders we'd talked to could provide a compelling rate. Gary McPeak called us to follow up and promised he could get us the rate we'd needed to make it work. We were skeptical and checked with another lender we had worked with in the past who was not able to match the rate. Gary and Laura moved through the closing very quickly and without a hitch. We were very pleased with the process and the result.
