I have worked with many mortgage companies throughout my lifetime; some have been "decent" and some have been deplorable to work with: from sarcastic to condescending responses to just plain nastiness, many mortgage companies make the customer feel uneducated, and quite frankly, make the customer feel like a pest. With Prime Choice, I received none of that nonsense or stress. Both Keith McKay and Bob Lin are quality businessmen. They never made me feel as though I was just a business deal.
For example, Keith and Bob answered any email I sent them within minutes; their emails always emanated a sincere, understanding tone. I NEVER once felt awkward or embarrassed to ask them a question...no matter how important or trivial the question. They always responded with a smile. I just felt their concern and compassion; they validated me as a valuable customer and an educated person. No pretense and no condescension. They were so easy to work with, and they listened to me.
