I was with Planet Home Lending prior to Prime Choice funding. The reason that my wife and I decided to refinance with Prime Choice Funding was solely because of Amanda Gray and Ana Chavez. We shopped around for the best rate and there were rates comparable to Prime Choice Funding. It was because of Amanda Gray's customer service, that convinced us to not look any further. She made the refinancing process painless. She and Ana Chavez was very attentive to our concerns and was always available when we had questions or concerns. They also made us feel like they were here for us. I hope to deal with her and Ana Chavez the next time we refinance our house. I hope Amanda and Ana never leave Prime Choice Funding for another mortgage company, because we would follow them. When you get this level of customer service, you get loyalty.
