Here's how this 'individual' posing as a 'company' operates:
Schedules for a Monday appointment - shows up at 1pm on Sunday ruining our weekend
Say's he has to order a part for our dryer - he'll return either the next Saturday or Sunday = NEVER SHOWS UP - NO PHONE CALL - NO QUOTES - Zip, NADA
If he can't make $$ on you with a same day repair and tells you he has to order a part, you will, most likely, never see him again - he wants his money right then and there or he will NOT come back.
His crony (answering service) takes the calls and forwards them to him. The answering 'service' guy answers the phone with: Hello? THAT, should tell you something, eh??
