PRIMECAST NEVER AGAIN

Previous cancellation for unsatisfied service on Nov 11/11
I decided to reconnect service because my job requires that I have internet service.
This next bill includes the disconnect charge and also, they charge me for a modem, because the disconnection. So
Called on dec/11/11. talk to Paola (supervisor) she told me that I just own $ 90.25 plus $ 5.00 (late fee) so she said that I own a total of 95.25 and $100.00 for the modem, but a that moment she is going to remove the $100 charge (modem) that charge because, reconnecting the service, so the only way the I can reconnect is giving her my credit car number so they take the monthly payments from the bank (ridiculous) But I did because my job, and when a supervisor (Paola) told me that give my card # to charge ONLY $95, I believe BUT…
That day I’m authorize the $ 95.25 payment.

Again ????????? Paola tell me that I get back $ 100 plus $10 for auto pay, so how this come and why take out of my account when I has told that my next bill is going to be around $4.50 ???
Reconnection is $ 50.00? why? Just to touch a button? Why they charge you in advance? Why they take my money one specific day and reimbursed when they want???? And, also why this is my only choice?. This is the only company that is accepted in the apartment complex where I live!!!
Nothing against Paola she was really nice, but she said, you just own $95.25 and I paid right away
