Worst Company Ever Stay Away!!!!!!

Primecast is by far the worst company ever, I do not understand how they are still in business. I had to use Primecast in order to get Direct TV which I only wanted so I could get the NFL Sunday Ticket so not worth all the hassle I have went through. Called to order service and the sales Rep informed me I would have to pay a $300.00 deposit I told her I could not do that and said never mind, she replied she could waive the deposit, it is clearly noted in my records she waived the deposit. So set up for install only to have the tech not show called to find out where he was and they did not know he would not answer his cell. Set up a new install date guess what no show again with out any phone call. It took 3 weeks for Primecast to get someone out to my house to install service. Thought everything was good 4 months later received a bill saying I owe Primecast $300.00 called them the rep I talked said she see's where the deposit was waived and no problem, next week received another letter still owe $300.00 called back they said the rep should not have waived the deposit and they would not honor her decision to waived the deposit. So even though I am billed through Direct TV and I pay Direct TV directly and my account is in good standings with Direct TV, Primecast has turned off our service. So now I am stuck paying Direct TV every month because I am only 5 months into our contract or paying them a $500.00 early termination fee and still having to pay Primecast $300.00 Wish wish wish I had never left cable. Trust me you do not want to deal with Primecast. Save yourself the stress and aggravation.
