Lousy Service

I had no choice when I moved into this community. I was immediately informed by the manager of this community that I had no control over the TV service. Or subscribe to cable. Cable is too expensive. So I tried Primecast. I quickly became tired of the service they provided and took cable. The phone reps are like talking to a brick wall. They pretend they didn't hear me. Debited my checking account (I was on auto pay) after the fact in the amount of $1,582 and then sent me to collections. I had to close my checking account. I finally decided all this crap (and I mean CRAP) was way too much for my heart. I put my mobile home up for sale and moved! Primecast was still coming after me. I got an attorney and he got all of my monies back plus extra for pain and suffering. Primecast is the worst!!!
