Primecast is Illegal and complete crap

I had the same situation last night. They doubled billed me and within a week. THis last bill wasn't due until next month. After waiting 20 minutes for an agent, the rep said that if you are opted in for automatic bill pay, they deduct it early (one day after billing cycle). Of course this is on the third page of the electronic bill that no one reads.
I finally got to a manager (45 min) later and told her to reverse to charge as if this posted, it would overdraw my account. I demanded they do a three way with my bank to authorize this. Stupid manager didn't have the transaction number so I had to call back today. Well, I call back and then the supervisor from primecast says they can't do it after all, so now I have to let it hit my bank, dispute it and wait for my bank to reimburse my overdraft fees and amount they took out. Such crap!! Primecast has no right to charge earlier than when the bill date is due. This is Illegal. I'm going to cancel service. There is basically no way (according to them) they are going to reverese any charges. (I don't believe them. They DO have the ability to do this, but basically refuse to).
They have horrible customer service AND I've had to have several calls and field agents come out to fix issues for internet and direct TV. Such crap.
I'm filing something with the Better Business Bereau as well.
This probably doesn't help you, but going through your bank is probably the only way you can get any money credited. If you have automatic pay through primecast, I suggest opting out of it if you can.
I'm on a campaign against them and will be posting how crappy they are on any media website I can find. I suggest people do the same.
