Primecast finally go under?

I've had nonstop issues with Primecast since I got on with them last June. Services kept going down for no reason, once or twice every month almost. Hours of time logged on hold with their support or trying to reach them, hung up on me several times after I got highly angry with them for being double billed last month and they made excuses about it. Thank goodness that DirectTV pulled out of Primecast and provide service directly. Well, sometime this evening my internet went out. Called support and received a recorded message saying Primecast is unable to provide support for their Internet or Phone services and to email them. Think it's time to call someone else for internet :)
