Primecast Is Horrible

Currently my phone and Internet have been down for almost 24 hours. When I call the service desk, it says that they are sorry, if you are having issues with phone and internet services they are unable to help us. And there are no other services in my area. Primecast is a worthless product. To boot they pushed out all other services in my subdivision so that not only am I out of service with zero ability to talk to them or cancel, but there is no other options. I use internet at home for work and I'm out of luck.
