Contact Information for Primecast - since their main phone line disconnects and emails are ignored.
For all those needing to contact this company, you can try this number. 888-532-2980. Per the rep I spoke, they are not accepting their modems but they are still trying to bill for services that now belong to Directv so beware and save all billing documents if you are living in a community that is currently involved with them.
