Illegal Double billing crooks!!!!

Recently Directv has taken back full service from Prime-cast in our gated community. I was notified of this change AFTER I paid my monthly bill to Prime-cast. I paid prime cast $104.94 for the month of April. Directv billed me saying that I never paid the $104.94. I have bank statements proving that prime cast did indeed take the money out of my account. I called Directv and informed them of this matter and they stated to call prime cast. Prime cast has their phone number (1-866-671-1117 or 1-866-677-1117) programmed to not be able to talk to a representative, it just states to leave a detailed message which I did. Directv also told me that my service was due to be cut off if they didn't receive the $104.94. My complaint is that prime cast who directv was affiliated with was paid and directv is billing me again since they took over full services from prime cast. Directv stated that "because they dropped Primecast, Primecast is refusing to return money for those of us with automatic bill pay or for those that paid their bills before being notified of the switch." Shouldn't my payment be sent from prime cast to directv? Why do I have to pay double because directv took over services? Prime cast is unwilling to work with us on this and directv refers us back to prime cast. I filed a complaint with BBB and received a case number. Next step if that doesn't help is to call my lawyer. This IS NOT the first illegal incident I have had with this horrible company. STAY AWAY FROM PRIMECAST!!!!!
