Primecast screws you from going to someone else

When Primecast hooked up my service they cut all my other lines in half. When I have someone else come out to connect service with them. I am told I have to pay to have wiring ran to my house. It's going to cost me $250.00 or more to have this done. When I try to get a hold of primecast, to runs my lines they cut, I can't talk to anyone. No one answers the phone, or even answer any emails I send to them. If you are in a community that only has primecast. Get a petition to have them removed. I started with them in Jan. 2012, and have nothing but trouble with them. Charging to much, no service, no Internet service. They have hurt by Avon business, as I have lost alot customers because of not receiving there messages.
