This firm is a shell, it is one of over a dozen shell companies that is run by an individual named Glen Lang. The parent company is Capital Broadband. Primecast has sibling firms, a lot. These firms are shells where Glen Lang shoveled debt while slamming "management fees" down on these shells. The shells are now in bankruptcy. They filed in Delaware last week. The parent firm has the $$ and you folks get to sue the bankrupt shell with all the debt. Glen is the former Mayor of Cary, NC. He was busted by the SEC years ago for fraud. His firm operated with the ethics of an alley cat. The victims were the low level employees and the customers. When you read up on what the executive team was doing it will make sense to you. DirecTV cancelled all contracts with Connexion/Primecast/et al because those firms were defrauding DirecTV.
If your HOA or apartment complex owner signed a contract with Connextion/Primecast/et al, GET AN ATTORNEY NOW!!!!
Connexion/Primecast was an going real estate scam, not a voice/data communications firm. But you people know that already.

Directv did not cancel their contracts with Connexion/Primecast over customer complaints. Connexion was perpetrating a fraud against Directv, illegally preactivating set top boxes and warehousing them without ever installing them and collecting the monthly profit share from DirecTV. When Connnexion started laying off employees one of those laid off employees contacted Directv and told them about the warehouse in Raleigh, NC with 20,000 preactivated set top boxes stored that had never been installed and had been there for months...months....months....
