It's frustrating. Bad customer service, bad internet signal, and your money is stolen. in my case, they raised the rate more than 200% from one month to another. I have called by phone and they rarely answer, but when they do they do they don't solve any issues, or give any valid explanations for the price increase and the truly ridiculous service. There is definitely no control and they are abusing the residents De Soto park, As an owner of a property I have a right to choose the service i want for myself, regardless of any contract, specially when said company charges more and provides worse, unreliable service this should go to competent authorities.Thieves.
