Stay away from Printroom!
I worked through Printroom.com for about 3 years. If I ordered pictures and processed the orders (customers paid me directly) there were no problems. The quality of the prints were great, the prices were comparable. However, when business started to increase and my customers started ordering online, I could not get my profit checks from them. Luckily, I didn't let this go on too long. In two months I only received one profit check, which was after I had called multiple times and left messages, emailed multiple times and never got a response. I FINALLY got a response when I emailed to notify them I had filed a complaint with the BBB. They were quick to close my account and refund my membership fee, and I received my second profit check on time... however, I still have not received my first check from them. They are now back to not answering my emails. It was a small check, but I am a one person operation, and the smallest checks make a difference. All these reviews seem to be the same... Bottom line, even though the have a good product their customer service is poor, it is impossible to contact them and they keep your money. Stay away from Printroom.com
