Smooth Refi in 2013

Have refi'ed or purchased at least 10 times in last 25 yr's and this was the best experience I've had to date!!! The Company told me what to expect and when they thought it would close... and it all happened, no surprises. We locked in a great rate and
closed on time. Had some trouble with the old lender getting a simple "payoff" to us in a timely manner but the PFN representative took the point and got it resolved before our lock ran out. PFN kept me informed through the whole process and I would go back
to them in a "Heartbeat", great organization and competitively priced!!!
