My sales rep called me 3-4 times a week to see when my money would be wired to them, and to give me the metals price for the day, even though I told him I already watch it.
They helped me set up a ROTH Gold IRA for home storage, I later found out that was no longer legal. I never received the gold brochure (small but telling). They selected which coins they wanted to sell me, hid the pricing and trapped me into a non-refundable sale. They lied about who and where the metals were coming from.
They lied and told me they would swap out some of the coins I was not happy with, then after I received the metals that immediately changed and the only thing they would offer was to take the metals back and return $65,000 of my $75,000 dollars of retirement money, because they said, 'they were entitled to their profit.'
They charged me $20,000 over what I would have paid if I'd purchased the same items from any other company. I paid $75,000 for $55,000 worth of product that I would only be able to sell for $45,000 because of the sales commissions taken. Yet they can't fathom why I'm unhappy with my purchase!
Further, they did not send me the $750 in free promotional silver my purchase was eligible for, and I was told I would receive.
The whole company from the top person, MA, to the sales reps, are scripted thieves with no moral compass. Most of the 5 star reviews have to be fake, I know the companies' responses to the complaints are, I did not experience customer service, transparency, trust, communication, truth, financial responsibility, desire for customer satisfaction, etc.
I should have ended the whole thing when the sales rep kept telling me over and over that "this is the exact coin set I just got for my mom, this is a great investment, you can't do better!".....and..... "Robert Kiyosaki, author of Rich Dad Poor Dad, predicts gold and silver will go up by......times"...., and, "Robert Kiyosaki only gets his metals here, we are the only company he buys from." - or maybe that's because, he is an obvious paid spokesperson for the company, featured on the first page of their website. They couldn't even keep their lies straight there were so many, it was quite a show at the end.
Don't read the bad reviews and think, I'm not that stupid, that wouldn't happen to me, that's what I thought too. These ingrates are professionals!
I am now in the process of taking them to arbitration to get my money returned, as required in their customer agreement, they have protected themselves from legal recourse well. From other reviews I've found, this seem to be business as usual for Priority Gold.
