Scam or at minimum dishonest business practices.
My signed cancellation policy states I can cancel within 24 hours after the sales invoice is issued. The dealer failed to provide the invoice for about a month, then after I received it I requested cancellation immediately. They still refused the refund, contrary to the signed terms. This company is total scam, each individual I have encountered is acting nice but very dishonest.
