We contracted with them more than 2 years ago to re-pour our basement to 8' deep. It was 6' deep. The contracted time was four months. It has now been 27 months to date since construction started and they have still not finished the work. Much of the work done to date is NOT to building code standards. They have been threatening to stop work since 11/2008 because they wanted the final payment before the concrete work had even been finished. We were told at that time that they would be finished in two weeks. It has been almost 2 years since that time and when they did finish the concrete (last year) it was not to code, it needs to be removed and replaced properly. Much of the framing they have done is not to code and needs to be re-done. We had another contractor give us an estimate for more than our original contract with this company to fix or replace all work that is not to code. For a total of ($250,000.00). We do not recommend this company be hired for any work! They promise to uphold the highest standards and their work isn't even to the lowest ones.
