I have been with one of the products of profuse, Gazzin.com for more than 2 years now.
I cannot say they are bad nor they are excellent.
pros:
The up-time is OK, more than 95% for the last 12 months.
Email reply has been under 2 hours, even on the night time.
cons:
sometimes(most) they give you no explanation on the problems.
