I wish I would have found the other posted reviews before doing business with this company. I have made several phone calls and sent several emails trying to resolve the issue. My problem is with the extra charges for "supplements". I told them when I ordered the system that I didn't want them. They said no problem, just call us when you get them and you can return them because they automatically come with the package. Got the package, tried to call, couldn't get through, on hold forever. Then more charges appeared on my account. They said it was because I had opted for an automatic reship of these supplements. I told them no I did not. They responded by saying there wasn't anything they could do right then because the 2nd shipment was already out in the mail. Just call back when you get them and we can give you a return number. I waited several weeks and finally got them. I called back again. This time I was told that I couldn't return the item because it was now over 30 days. The package did not arrive for over 30 days but they were not interested. I didn't want them, tried to cancel, got them anyway, tried to return them and can't because "they are out of warranty". I emailed several times, got no where. When I asked for someone that was not a "front line supervisor" but that is the only person that I could get on the phone. When I asked to speak with someone higher up, they are never available. When I ask for a phone number, they won't give one. When I ask for a street address all they will give is a post office box. The only reason they even contacted me was because my credit card had been given a new expiration date and they weren't able to process the last payment. Yes, I got an email from the person in customer service that was in charge of collections! Even when the account was not past due. If you asked my opinion I would tell you not to do business with this company. I am telling everyone I know to stay away from this company. I still have the package, it was never opened but it is my opinion that this company is not really interested in customer service at all,...just their bottom line.
