I can't believe what an idiot I am at my age. You would think I would know better but I think companies like these prey on an individuals weakness's and therefore, we make easy prey. I called back within 12 hours of placing my order by check because I noticed that if you paid by check they deducted the entire amount from your checking account and I wanted to cancel my order and I was told that they couldn't do anything while it was in payment processing. I just made the order only hours before "customer service" was opened. I worked for a bank. I know you can stop an ACH item if requested in a 24 hour period. Now my account is overdrawn and I have to wait until June the 4th before I can get my money back. I am so hoping I get it back and I so agree with all the other reviews do not order all the other products. I have never in my life heard of it taking 15 business days to have your money refunded to you. I do feel strongly that there could have been a different alternative to my predicament other than we're sorry we can't do anything while the payment is in processing. As I stated earlier I used to work in a large bank for over 6 years and am very familiar with government regulations and procedures, such as reg E and reg C (electronic withdrawals and funds availability).
