I read the reviews and ignored most of them because they're complaints about money and not the effectiveness of the plan. I have more than 60 pounds to lose and to get this kind of immediate feedback in the way of RESULTS from a nutrition plan is all I care about. The plan works. Commit to the plan and lose weight. Fussing over refunds or customer service issues are distractions that are keeping you overweight. Anyone who wants a true review of the plan should ignore the nonsense and focus on the results people are getting. Now, to focus on what a review should be focusing on - the key is prior planning. You have to eat often on this diet - which is challenging for busy people. You will need to have your morning meal, snack and lunch prepared before you leave home to stay true to the plan. You will need an afternoon snack prepared with you. Your evening meal and snack can be prepared once you get home from work, but you will need to have 2 meals and 2 snacks ready every, single day. Its worth the trouble if you are serious about slimming down.
