One thing that I noticed about all these reviews is that no one tried the plan. I guarantee that if you had tried it you would have been happy. I do agree that it was a little confusing getting started but I eventually figured it out. I have never been more satisfied with a product. As far as I am concerned they made no false claims. I didn't have any dealings with customer service so I can't say anything about that one way or another. There was no need, the product works.
