I hate to be negative, I was hoping for the very best with this product; however from the beginning both my husband and I were disappointed. They tried to talk me into so many other products when I was ordering, I almost stopped there (wish I had). When we received the product, we were both very confused as to how to "put it together". When we tried to call them, we were on hold for so long we gave up.
We decided to return it, I have tried calling for a week; I get put on hold for 30+ minutes, I gave up 3 different times at that point. I finally made it through today after 25 minutes that I left on an extra extension I have at my desk.
They will take the product back, however I have to pay to return it, plus I lose the shipping and handling charges, a total of about 40$. They tried to talk me into keeping it; wanted to know why; when I said it was confusing, they said"why didn't you call"? I told them we kept getting put on hold and they said "well, it was during the holidays". Finally they agreed to let me return it...I had to get their approval because you have to have an approval number.
I'm so very disappointed.
