PLEASE HELP!!

We are having persistent issues with the Puragain water treatment system at my property, which have resulted in significant limescale buildup, appliance damage, and an unacceptable lack of response over the past several months.
The water supply has consistently shown clear signs of inadequate treatment. This has led to severe limescale accumulation throughout the property, affecting plumbing fixtures, reducing water flow efficiency, and causing visible residue on surfaces. More concerning, several household appliances—including dishwasher, washing machine, water heater have experienced breakdowns or reduced functionality directly attributable to this issue.
Despite reporting this problem multiple times I have not received a meaningful response, resolution timeline, or corrective action. The prolonged inaction has not only is worsening the condition but has also leading to financial loss due to repair and replacement costs.
For your reference, I have attached a repair report/letter from the appliance service company confirming that the damage is consistent with limescale buildup caused by untreated or poorly treated water.
This situation is unacceptable. I respectfully request action be taken immediately by uninstalling PURAGAIN water treatment system and compensate for damages incurred due to this issue.
Please treat this matter with urgency!!
