I am not sure how I got so lucky as to get connected with Kathy and Pure Logic Escrow but I am really blessed! Kathy and I have done many deals together now and there is absolutely nobody better or more professional, smart and savvy. Kathy is a crucial component of my team as an investor and I tell every investor I know about her! Kathy is always thinking outside the box while staying inside the rules. She is incredibly responsive and works really hard to get everything done and close deals on time. 5 stars is definitely not enough for how awesome it has been to do deals with Kathy and her team.
