Our son had thrown up on the carpet late Friday night and we needed professional help to get it cleaned up. We left a message on Quality Carpet Cleaning voice mail later that night and the next morning they had a crew out to our house by 10am. We really appreciated their timely response and service request on such a short notice. When their tech completed the work, the carpet looked and smelled great. We were super impressed and will have them back again when I need to have our carpet cleaned.
