I was not satisfied with their manner of charging for services rendered. I was informed that if I paid the amount charged in two payments, it would cost XXX number of dollars; HOWEVER, if I decided to pay in three payment, Quality Jet Rooter owner, "Tom" would charge me a finance charge of $300.00 more for the extra month. This is why I don't like doing business with my own "people".
