Recommendation for Quinones Design & Build

This May 2012 marks our sixth year in the Organ Mesa Ranch home built for us by Quiñones Design and Build. And each year at this time, we celebrate our good fortune not only at having such a lovely home, but also that Bill Quiñones and his craftsmen were available to take on this project.
From design to completion, the whole home construction experience was pleasant and enjoyable. During the 5-month process, Bill was at the job site every day, and was always accessible by phone when questions arose. In fact, my wife and I can honestly say that what we miss most about having the house finished is not being able to interact with Bill, Jake, Fausto and the entire construction crew as much as we used to.
After 6 years, our residence looks none the worse for wear, and we especially enjoy the individually designed tile work that Bill, Fausto and his craftsmen provided. Since we have lived here, there have been some pretty rough summer storms that have come through the area, but to date, we have had no roof issues as a result. In fact, Jake Quiñones has been kind enough to periodically check our roof for us, just to make sure.
All in all, we are delighted with the work done for us by Quiñones Design and Build. Bill’s reputation as one of the top two or three builders in the area is well deserved. And, anyone seeking a “state-of-the-art”, ethical professional—not to mention a delightful human being—to work with as a “partner” in building or modifying a home could make no finer choice than Quiñones Design and Build. We recommend Quiñones Design and Build unequivocally and without hesitation.
