We moved to Las Cruces from Houston about a year ago. We moved into a house with a flat roof. We had no experience with this type of roof at all. We had a lot of snow my first winter here, and low and behold, two weeks in our new home and we have a roof leak!!! We found Quinones Design/Build on line and asked them for a quote. We were so impressed with Jake Quinones. It was apparent this man knew a lot about flat roofs. We hired them to install a solar reflective roof on our home. We were kept informed of every step in the roofing process. The Quinones'always answered calls, e-mails, promptly. They worked meticulously on our roof for over a week. They stayed on schedule and left my property clean every working day. Some time after the roof installation, we had a very large rain storm that produced small hail. We detected no leaks, but I called Jake and asked him to come out and inspect the roof for any hail damage. Jake came out promptly and gave us the thumbs up. We feel fortunate to have stumbled onto to this wonderful company by accident. We hope our review will assist anyone else out there looking for an honest, dependable company to do outstanding work.
