Auto Fraud/Theft. RCM Restorations is a new 'storefront' used by Mike Cummins, Cheryl Cummins (aka Cheryl Koop-Cummins). Had previously used name Jaguar Central (aka Jaguar Central Inc., Jaguar Central Corona).
Mike Cummins, Cheryl Cummins using company names Jaguar Central (aka Jaguar Central Inc, Jaguar Central Corona) and RCM Restorations have defrauded/stolen more than $700,000 from 10 different parties over the past 24 months.
Jaguar Clubs of North America (JCNA) recently stripped Mike and Cheryl Cummins -- Jaguar Central -- of all wins to include deleting any/all mention on the JCNA web site ('Standings' Section) -- an unprecedeted action for JCNA. Given the extent of misrepresentation and fraud committed by Mike and Cheryl Cummins, JCNA is in the process of revising its by-laws to ensure criminals like Mike and Cheryl Cummins never take advantage of the good people at JCNA again.
Better Business Bureau gives Jaguar Central an 'F' Rating. "Our opinion of what this rating means: We strongly question the company’s reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law’s licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company’s industry is known for its fraudulent business practices."
This posting is a word of caution when dealing with Mike Cummins, Cheryl Cummins and their storefronts. Mike Cummins, Cheryl Cummins Lie. Cheat. Steal. Do not have a Dealer License. Do not have a Repair License. Operate illegally. The Cummins come across as wonderful people, a family operation, until they get your $, then disappear, will not take your telephone call. Beware!
Mike Cummins finds new prospective customers using ebay, previous seller ID jaguarcentralinc, new seller ID rcm_restorations. Although they have sold only one car in 2009, they have listed 5+ others, keeping high reserves, using ebay as an advertising mechanism. Customers inquire about a car, Mike Cummins then replies, stating he has others, can restore,... Develops a rapport. Works outside of ebay. And the con goes on... Beware!
