RYS and Regina Cates is an amazingly generous wise woman, with insightful, non biased information for all people. Regina has 'helped' me change my life, and the way I feel about life, myself, LOVE, and understanding in this crazy world. Though she continuously tells me I'm doing the work myself, I still give Regina/RYS much of the credit.
RYS offered me a way to realize many truths about myself and loving myself FIRST. She shares her gifts by speaking up for those who can not seem to find the words to express their thoughts themselves.
Regina/ RYS does this in the most personal of ways. The TRUTHs she speaks of are basically to love yourself, help yourself and to be kind and mindful while doing so. " Remaining present and mindful while speaking/ thinking and to always lead with the heart," is her lesson, Is her gift with only the most positive and purposeful INTENT.
I've learned much from her and within the past 1-2 years. In fact...RYS has become a priceless site/ source of positive bright light for me and many others..
