Romancing Your Soul is an exceptional company and Regina Cates is an extraordinary person. I participated in Regina's ten week tele-class this fall, and it was (and continues to be) an extremely valuable experience. I live in a very congested part of the country and I have a bit of road rage. Talking to her during those classes really helped me to remain conscious of my reactions, which has made me much more peaceful and content. Regina is one of those rare people who speaks from her heart, practices what she advises, and shares her wisdom in a gently challenging manner. Regina told us to call her if we needed to talk about things after the class ended, and several weeks ago I did. She made time in her schedule for me and it was extremely centering to speak with her again. What she says makes sense. It's not easy to change your life, but it is very possible. I'm beginning to change the way I view myself and the world around me, and Regina has been an integral part of that shift in consciousness.
