I found the website after reading one of Kathleen Des Maisons books about 9 years ago. So much of the website is free with a great forum and internet lists run by volunteers, with the author actually popping in herself from time to time to comment. Then there is the YLD (Your Last Diet) Programme you can sign up to. Wow! This bit is really worth the money - live chats once a week with a well known author who has led the field in sugar addiction. And the chats are really fun - and all for a reasonable one off payment that covers you for life. Thanks to the team at Radiant Recovery I got off alcohol and sugar and re-built my life. An amazing outcome from just surfing the net one day! There is a Radiant Recovery Store but there is no pressure to buy from it - although the products are great value and really work and the Store is run by someone who goes out of his way to help - including delivering items for me direct to a hotel one time. Nice personal touch!
