There are real people behind the Radiant Recovery website, and they make it pleasant and easy to do business there. The customer service for the store is warm and efficient. The products are excellent. The for-fee services--which include online classes, phone consultations, conferences, and weight loss support--are very reasonably priced, professional, and helpful.
99 percent of the website, however, is absolutely free, staffed by kind and caring volunteers. The mailing lists are blessedly free of spam, flaming, and other kinds of internet nastiness. Within the last year or so, the website has been revamped to be easier to use and more beautiful. I particularly appreciate the banner art that has been added--it's a very nice touch.
