We recently closed a refinance loan that we obtained through Ratecomb. When we started the process, we were skeptical because the rate was much lower than other sites/lenders, but it was for real. Rohit, Shruthi, Abhishek and crew at Ratecomb were patient and helpful, and answered our questions clearly and thoughtfully, and with a sense of humor. They also explained up front how they were able to offer a better deal than many others. Our loan closed well before the end of our rate lock period (it probably helped that we had all our documentation ready to go). Communications were primarily via email, which was nice. Although our loan has not yet been transferred to another party (which we expect), so far so good, and we would recommend Ratecomb highly. Thank you!
