I needed to fund and close my Mortgage within a 30 day window because I had a 30 day rate lock. Shruthi Manish was the person I worked with, and she did an excellent job of letting me know what I needed to do to fund on time, and also worked on a daily basis with Caliber Funding(Lender),to ensure things were moving along for my close date. Shruthi kept me informed throughout the process and was very responsive to my questions and concerns. I also was able to get a great rate, as I checked every where and ratecomb was and is the best deal in town. Thanks again to Shruthi and her team for getting me my mortgage. James Foley
