Real Property Management is the most inept company I have ever dealt with!
We signed up with them in April and this is now November and we still don't have copies of our Rental Agreements nor Proof of insurance from the businesses that Rent from our property.
They cant seem to get their book keeping straight and show payments from our renters that don't exist, improper payment amounts, duplicate management fees, etc.,
One renter needed their AC fixed, per our agreement with Real Property Management, they are supposed to provide repair services and they stated to us, that they would send someone out to fix it. Yet they called the tenant and told them to have it repaired themselves!!! This could have cost us a fortune as the tenant then could have bought an expensive air conditioning unit instead of fixing it, and we would have been held liable to pay for it!
Every month we have a new person (or two) managing our account and each one states that they are new and need time to figure out our account! Come on, we have only 3 businesses in 1 building! How hard can it be? Yet, the next time we call, we have a new person again!
I have never before ran across such an unprofessional company. I can't wait for our year to be up so that we can get rid of them!
